1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) and your use of our website and services. By engaging with our services, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Post-event cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning
- Oven cleaning
- Laundry services
- Stay in Placements

3. Booking and Scheduling
- All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, WhatsApp, or via email.
- We will confirm your booking and provide you with an estimated service time. Service times may vary depending on the type and complexity of the cleaning required.
- Cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment
- A 50% payment for services is due prior to the completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept payment via bank transfer and other payment methods as detailed on our website.
- In case of missed payments or outstanding balances, we reserve the right to take legal action and charge interest on overdue amounts.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for ensuring that access to the premises is provided on the scheduled date and time of service.
- It is the client’s responsibility to secure any valuable items and delicate belongings before the cleaning service.
- LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services will not be liable for any damage to items that were not properly secured.
6. Health and Safety
- We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and clients. Our cleaning staff is trained in the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- The client agrees to inform us of any potential hazards on the property, such as pets, slippery floors, or sensitive materials.
- LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse service if health or safety concerns are identified during the cleaning process.
7. Damage or Loss
- While we take every care to avoid damage during cleaning, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or loss of items during service.
- Any claims for damage or loss must be reported to us within 24 hours after the cleaning service is completed. We will review the situation and take appropriate action.
8. Refunds and Complaints
- If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a re-cleaning at no additional charge.
- Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will become effective immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
