1. Service Agreement
LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services agrees to provide professional cleaning, domestic staffing, and specialized remediation as outlined in your booking. By booking our services, you agree to the terms listed below.
2. Access and Utilities
- Access: The client must ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time. A call-out fee of R350 will apply if our team is unable to enter the premises.
- Utilities: Clients must provide running water and electricity. For Post-Renovation Cleaning and Tile Scrubbing, high-voltage power may be required for industrial vacuums.
- Safety: Please ensure pets are secured. Our teams are trained for safety, but we reserve the right to leave a site if conditions are hazardous or unsanitary beyond the scope of work.
3. Payments and Cancellation
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon receipt of invoice or immediately following service completion. For bulk orders of Professional Cleaning Chemicals, payment is required before dispatch.
- Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel in time will result in a 50% “Late Cancellation Fee” to cover staff transport and scheduling costs.
4. Specialized Service Disclaimers
- Mould Removal: LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services uses anti-fungal treatments to kill spores. However, we cannot guarantee mould will not return if the client does not fix underlying structural damp or leaks.
- Post-Renovation: While we remove paint splatters and silicone, we are not responsible for scratches or damages previously hidden under construction debris.
- Maid-on-Call: Our staff is vetted. However, the client is responsible for securing high-value items (jewelry, cash) during service hours.
5. Non-Solicitation (Staff Protection)
Clients may not independently hire or “poach” LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services staff for private work. A recruitment fee of R10,000 will be charged to any client found to be bypassing the agency to hire our staff directly.
6. POPIA Compliance
In line with the South African POPI Act, LNL Itumeleng Cleaning Services will only use your personal data (address and contact details) for service delivery and billing. We will never share your information with third parties.
